Delete your HoneyMood account

You can delete your HoneyMood account and its data at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

1. Open HoneyMood and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email privacy@honeymood.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject Account deletion request. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address, password and profile.
• Your missions, completions and pings.
• Your link with your partner, and the memories and photos you shared, for both of you. These are removed within a few days.

What may be kept

• Emails you sent us, including the deletion request itself.
• Copies in routine backups, until those backups expire.
• Anything we are required to keep by law.
